Ivar Blaauw
I design the digital side of brands that sell online: landing pages, product pages, campaigns and the brand systems behind them. Off the clock I make games, AI films and 3D miniatures.

Beyond the Horizons
Selected work
Six years of e-commerce, rebrands and launches, from plush toys to premium hair care.

Beary Bears
A warmer, more playful identity and webshop for a family brand of cuddly toys, with more room for stories and a smoother route to checkout.
My part: landing pages, product pages, campaign visuals and product videos.
SteFit Coaching
A complete website for a premium fitness coach, built around results, clear pricing and one goal: booking a free intake call.
My part: design and build of the whole site, page structure and conversion flow.

Stuc Design Apeldoorn
A calm, photo-led website for a plastering studio in Apeldoorn, built around the finished work: smooth walls, beton ciré and bathrooms.
My part: design and build of the WordPress/Elementor site, and keeping it up to date.
ILGM brand refresh
The rollout of a bold, retro-inspired identity for ILGM, together with a rebuilt headless shop for the home-growing community.
My part: landing pages, product and listing page templates, illustrations and most of the marketing assets, on Storyblok and Saleor.

ILGM Home Grow Tour
A six-city tour across the United States by ILGM and Leafly: hands-on garden workshops, meet-and-greets and local activations.
My part: the landing pages and most of the campaign assets.

Dushi Cas
Rebrand and website for a family vacation home in Aruba’s quiet Paradera district.

Kapsalon Visage
A sleek black-and-white identity and WooCommerce shop for a premium hair salon.

UNii Security
Launch of a modular security system for homes, businesses and high-risk sites, with the brand guide to match.
What I do
E-commerce & DXP
Landing pages, product and listing pages, and the templates behind them. Headless with Storyblok and Saleor, or WordPress and WooCommerce. Email in Klaviyo.
Brand & campaigns
Brand guides, campaign visuals, banners, infographics and illustrations that stay on-brand on every channel and in every size.
AI production
Short films, ads, images and music made with Midjourney, Higgsfield, Luma, Grok, Gemini and Suno, and finished in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
Games & 3D
Browser games built with three.js, miniatures modelled for 3D printing, and handmade dioramas.
Games
I design and build games under my own label, Howling Wolves, from the first sketch to the last sound effect. The newest ones are made for phones and handhelds, built with three.js.

Banana Rush: Monkey Mayhem
A run-and-jump platformer starring a monkey with a boomerang. Race through twenty worlds, from jungle ruins and cherry blossom gardens to a lost world full of dinosaurs, and outrun the giant predators that chase you at the end of every area.
- 20 worlds, each with its own boss chase
- Pets, power-ups and upgrades to unlock
- A treehouse to furnish with Golden Bananas

Bayou Drift
Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, summer 1971. Duval owes Big Mamou’s money, so he fishes the bayou, plinks road signs from the back of the truck, bags ducks and harpoons gators. Uncle Seamus keeps the tank full, Cousin Daryll brings the lever rifle, and on Saturday Old Man Thibodeaux wants moonshine for the fais do-do. The Sheriff would rather he didn’t.
- A full day-and-night cycle with weather
- Fishing, plinking, duck and gator hunts, moonshine runs
- 1970s look, typewriter titles and all

Dead Man’s Mile
Fog, silhouettes and glowing eyes: the frontier of the 1880s, and the dead are right behind you. Run, and keep them off with a revolver, a repeating lever rifle, a machete and a few sticks of dynamite.
- Played with the phone on its side
- Foggy fields, moonlit pines, the bayou and the snow
- Last stands at barricades and a Gatling on the wall
AI films, images and music
Fantasy, western and sci-fi shorts, ads and music, made with AI tools and finished by hand.
Brand guides
Rules that keep a brand recognisable, whoever makes the next banner. Logos, colour, type and layout, written down so teams and developers can get straight to work.

Miniatures and dioramas
Models I design for 3D printing, mostly for the Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game and Dungeons & Dragons, some based on 2D designs by artist Marco van Rijswijk. Then printed, painted and put on the table.

About
I studied Communication and Multimedia Design in Utrecht, with a focus on marketing. Since 2020 I have launched UNii’s security system, spent five years shaping ILGM’s brand and headless shop, built SteFit’s website and, since early 2026, I design for Beary Bears and its sister brands.
I like work where design has to earn its keep: pages that convert and brand guides that teams actually use. After hours it’s games, AI films, music and miniatures.
I am fluent in English, Dutch and German and in lesser extent Swedish.
